Criminal Injuries Compensation
If you have been impacted by a crime and have an accepted claim for compensation and/or psychological support through the Office of Criminal Injuries Compensation (OCIC) in Western Australia, we are here to help.
Our qualified practitioners will conduct an assessment and write a report in order to help you receive your compensation payout from the OCIC. Our reports are sophisticated and evidence-based to assist the Assessor to make the most informed determination for your case. Conducting an assessment will require that you attend our clinic for 1 to 3 hours on average (or via telehealth). There are no out-of-pocket fees for you to pay; the assessment and report fee is paid to us directly by the OCIC.
Additionally, we also provide confidential, trauma-informed psychological care tailored to support you in navigating the emotional and psychological impact of crime. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or struggling with the long-term impact of trauma and injury, our team offers evidence-based, compassionate therapy in a safe and supportive environment.
